DVLP4 can negotiate all the pre-commitment legal agreements, secure the tenant then lead the design and construction phases to meet an exacting client brief, including negotiating forward fund through take outs and / or completed asset sales.
We can also assist with the selection and management of commercial agents liaising with tenant representatives and the leasing and marketing strategy for existing assets.
